La Paz county is a sparsely populated county in Western Arizona. The county covers 4499.63 square miles along the Eastern bank of the Colorado River.

The population grew from 19,715 residents in 2000 to 20,489 in 2010.

The largest towns in the county are Quartzsite (3,354) and the County Seat Parker (3,140).
